This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. We love this property a few issues this time was that the first week was very warm temperatures what seem to be the air condition? Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue was the safe in the room was not working, even after mentioning it to the front desk still no repair. We enjoyed many late evenings at the bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not dine at the hotel, but seem to look appetizing as we had to walk through the dining room to our elevator, which is kind of odd. Anyhow, we look forward to staying again. This is our go to Hotel when visiting family.

A great hotel near Frankfurt
The old village of Hanau is fantastic and the restaurants are fabulous. If you ever find yourself staying over in Frankfurt this would be the ideal location to spend a few relaxing evenings enjoying great beers/wines and food. The hotel is nicely decorated and located just off the motorway. Rooms were spotless and a mini bar that was a little pricey especially for the bottled water, good excuse to sample the local beers…🤔😜

Nice, modern hotel
The hotel is nicely located next to the old town of Steinheim. The room was renovated and well equipped and the mattress very comfortable.

Picturesque location in Frankfurt suburb.
Located next to the Main River and the old town of Steinheim, the Villa Stokkum is also close to a freeway and within walking distance of a supermarket. The nearest train station is a 30 minute walk, but parking at the station is an inexpensive euro per day (but the parking machine takes coins and doesn't give change). There's a nice walking path along the river. The hotel rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Free WiFi. Parking was plentiful although a bit crowded on weekdays. My only complaint is that the hotel restaurant was overpriced for breakfast and dinner.

Close to FRA, but real German Experience
Hotel Villa Stokkum is an easy car ride from the Frankfurt Airport, and located 200 yards from a beautiful old city with a castle and great restaurants. Good choice for travelers who want a real German experience while needing to be close to FRA

Goed hotel, kamers te warm ‘s nachts.
Mooi hotel in Hanau, vriendelijke medewerkers, grote kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt. Enige nadeel was dat de temperatuur in de kamer ‘s nachts te hoog was, ik moest de venster open doen om het wat te laten afkoelen.

Ein wunnderbares Zimmer allein reicht nicht.
Wunderbares Zimmer! allein reicht nicht. Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, das Hygienegefühl weniger. Jeder durfte sich am Buffet bedienen. Vor dem Frühstücksraum direkt fehlte das Infektionsmittel, das gab es nur vor der Rezeption. Nur eine Servicekraft hatte den Mundschutz über der Nase. Fünf etwas trockene Scheibchen Käse auf der "Käseplatte". Nachgefrage: mehr Käse gibt es nicht, dann hätten Sie früher kommen müssen.

外線電話がかからなく、また外線からの電話がうまく取り次がれずとても困った。トラブルが発生しているとのことだったが、フロントに降りて交渉したらスタッフはあれやこれやと一生懸命対応はしてくれた。

Kann nichts beanstanden. Außer dass das Restaurant mit seiner phantastischen Küche am Wochenende geschlossen hat, was für ein Tagungshotel Sinn macht. Ich hätte sonst noch zweimal dort gegessen. Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.
