The man in charge was very nice indeed, There is free parking which is a bonus. Coffee at breakfast was nice. There is no restaurant, no cooked breakfast, no manned bar (although there is an honesty bar). It is thoroughly basic throughout. I wouldn't say it's dirty as such, but there is a doggy smell and it certainly feels like a deep clean is required, especially upstairs in the bedrooms. But the most amusing part was that because I was a single person staying in a double room, my second pillow, other towels and even the second mug were removed! In all my years of staying in hotels, I've never seen that!

There was no one there at checkin I toured the whole building by myself it was very dirty and the structure was unsafe. It was supposed to be pay at check in they weren’t there but would not refund buyer be ware Expedia would not help either

Not the best stay I have had
Very dated hotel , in some places very dirty on the way up to your room the wall were dirty and carpet The breakfast was a Continental which was not advertised when booking

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Basic ‘continental’ breakfast. They made the effort to get oat milk for me. Slightly disappointed with room as no cups or glasses to use with drinking facilities and no hairdryer. Otherwise all good.

Simple but suitable
The stay was absolutely fine (only for work not a holiday). Rooms were clean and spacious and the members of staff I met were lovely and helpful! Only thing I’d say is they need to make it a bit clearer they allow dogs in the hotel.

Great find will visit again.
Positive. Ian, Monty and Helen were amazing. Very friendly and were around all the time to help with any queries. The room was large and well set out. Negative. Monies were taken on my account 7 days prior to booking. Yep my conformation stated it woukd be taken on arrival or departure. Our last night was not the greatest as one if the owners Ray i believed decided to have his own party with singing etc up till 12.15 on a Sunday night. My partner had to go up and have words. This was really unfortunate as the actual staff were brilliant.

This hotel was amazing! The staff we dealt with were amazingly friendly and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept and they even went out to buy us vegan milk and food for breakfast - amazing!
