I love Terra nova. This is my 3rd time here for sure. Wish it was an all inclusive spot 😊 but it’s definitely nice. The lady that check us in was very welcoming and professional, The older guy that took our bags and put in our room was great and the other older guy that took care of us during breakfast was an amazing gentleman. Breakfast is always great there trust me. The gym was nice for a short stay. Cocktail Fridays was great last night me n my partner enjoyed it. The bartenders were great. Overall the stay was awesome. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend there.

The property appeared very outdated and understaffed. Pool had leaves in it and was not fit for swimming. Pool area was a joke. Not kid friendly. Property needs to be updated. Room was clean but dated. Not on the same level as the Spanish Court. The breakfast was OK.

I did not stay. I was dissatisfied and had to leave. The first room smelled like mold, which was collaborated by the staff. They offered a second room that was dirty, the third room had bedding that was not changed. How would you like to see bedding in your hotel room with dried-up sperms on the sheet. It was disgusting. It was classy and quiet, the staffs were very respectful and pleasant . Food was amazing. Was walking distances to many heritage and historical tourists attractions and land marks. I didnt notice any kind of entertainment for guests but we was out most of the time. I was also on a business trip..i would strongly recommend.

This was a beautiful property, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only negatives I had was that the AC didn't cool the room a lot and the fridge inside the room didn't seem to be cold at all. Other than that this is an amazing hotel.

, I was booked into room 201. It looked dated and depressing. The ac leaks water on the floor which I slipped in luckily I did not fall You would have a law suit on your hand,I reported it and they fixed it but only for one day . The shower cubicle had dirt and moulds between the tiles at the entrance Tiling of bathroom shower flooring must have being done by a cobbler. Bathroom sink tap need a good clean Wall paper falling off the wall in the bedroom. Then to make things sound system was allowed to blur out loud disgusting music until about 2am. We could hear every single world the DJ was saying. It was like we were present at the Pepsi costume party. my windows vibrating most of the time ,I have to turn the TV off because I could hardly hear it . The only thing I enjoy at Terra Nova is the breakfast the kitchen staff did a good job and also the severs . We were promised complementary cookie in the evenings we only get once after 14 days stay. The only thing we get complementary is two bottle of water is this a joke. There is no instant coffee we have a coffee maker which I don't know how to use I call room service when he come he did know how to use it either. I have to drive up to mega mart on Waterloo rd to buy instant coffee and milk We had call room service to get milk but have not received this .Shortage of clothes hanger in closet. only two to have up our coats.This is what we pay £2500.00 for two weeks. Well not again I would go to Pegasus and pay a bit more .

The rooms are spacious with plenty of lighting, modern bathroom, sofa, desk. Good racks in closet. The breakfast is superb with eggs to order, and servers to dish your food choices. The facility is an airy traditional style residence that hosts weddings, business and government officials. Great value.

On a trip home to Jamaica the buffet breakfast hits all the spots. No running around trying to find different dishes at different restaurants. Theyre all on the breakfast menu.

On reputation, I was expecting more from this hotel however, I was very very disappointed with what I actually experienced. My room was covered in mold that triggered my asthma. I’m appalled.

The property is dated. The bathroom needed to be remodeled and at the very least have the tiles in the shower grouted. The pool area needed to be updated. In room carpets also need to be replaced. Cut away palm trees that block the view and the sunlight from streaming into the rooms. Dinner was great but the hotel seems to hosts events on their grounds that could mean a late night disturbance when you want to go to bed early. Most of the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I would come back to dine or attend an event but not to stay.

The room that I stayed in the bathroom looks very gross. The tiles in the bath are brown and forming mold. The bed is very comfortable the tv does not work properly, guest services and the dining room service at breakfast was basically lack luster and nonexistent. Only about 3 tables were occupied and the service was extremely slow and non attentive. My 2 kids one 7 and one 4 I was told ohh we don’t allow 4 to a room so what should we do with our very young kids?? One thing I will recommend is their breakfast is consistently good!! That’s about it!

Old school charm with a colonial feel, which is a nice change from the stark cookie cutter corporate chains a la Marriot, or the overly artsy hotels that never deliver on the service. Best place to stay in kingston, in my opinion with comfy and quiet rooms and good amenities. Also two of the best restaurants are located here - a fine dining and a smart casual.
