The rooms were a great size, comfortable bed. Location was great for shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast (we went 9:30 each morning and it wasn’t super busy.

2 Reasons not to go:: 1) Silly parking fee $35/night for Kingston 2) A little dated, a little cramped for 5 in 2 bedroom suite If you put that aside, this hotel exceeded our expectations. staff consistently friendly and hard-working [servers at breakfast always moving fast and being attentive) room was clean, had all the amenities we needed, 3 tv's in 2 bedroom suite, kitchen well stocked great location between Queen's and downtown we had a small problem with the room, maintenance fixed it immediately. we were there during the solar eclipse rush and the staff were able to handle it all gracefully nice pool, large exercise room though a little under-equipped breakfast was surprisingly good, with a variety of different kinds of food and attention to dietary needs.

Pool was too cold, no real ambiance around the pool (lounges or plants). hot tub was warm but not warm enough. seemed a bit scummy. breakfast was not very fresh. too much staff at the front desk and unresponsive regarding criticism re pool.

Within walking distance to Queens University. Lots of good dining and pub options nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the larger suit as a family of 6. Was great size two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Was very clean and suited all our needs. Had small kitchen if staying longer great for doing own meals. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was being repaired and wasn’t hot the first day but got to enjoy it second morning. Staff were wonderful very friendly and great to the kids offering them chocolate milks on our check out. Would recommend this property and would book again.

First time staying at this property. Amazing location situated right on the water with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Rooms are huge with lots of great amenities. Staff at check in were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Great location and staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was quite good. The only negative was the pull out sofa bed. It was too uncomfortable to sleep on. You could feel the springs in the mattress and the bars of the pull out bed frame. A better quality mattress would be helpful.

Comfortable and clean room and good breakfast which was included in price but to be charged $36 dollars for parking my vehicle is totally unacceptable. I did not see in the reservation mention of what it will cost you to park your car.

Kingston is a city which appears to have seen better times but appears to be attempting to update its tourist game. The waterfront and 3-4 blocks back from there are cute with lots of OK restaurants. Beyond that it looks a bit sketchy. The hotel is well located on the waterfront ans easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and "attractions". All of the employees were great...friendly, smiling, prompt and very helpful. The room was a little dated but fine. It was large, the bed was very comfortable, a nice TV and shower. Get with with a waterfront view. All in all, a very comfortable stay.
