Overlooking the Woodstock village center, this antique hotel has 148 years of history and charm. From the front steps you will feel the same energy that travelers have felt since President Ulysses S. Grant visited Woodstock in 1872.

Great apartment in the heart of the town of Woodstock
Woodstock was wonderful for shopping and dining with a crunchy feel. If you are looking to visit the 1969 festival site and museum, it is actually 1.5 hours away in Bethel, NY. The apartment was funky but clean and very well stocked if you are planning on doing some cooking in.

Great Stay!
I had to find a place to stay for a friend’s wedding close by, and couldn’t find anything reasonably priced for just one person, I was lucky to find Hotel Woodstock! The building has a charm that matches Tinker St. which is only steps away. When you walk in, next to the door on the wall is some history on the property & building. The Tiger Lilly Suite was much bigger than I’d thought it’d be. The bed and couch were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc, and the bathroom had a full sized tub that worked just as it should. My friends were saying that out of everyone who had to look for lodging, I found the spot with the most value. David was prompt responding and an accommodating host. I look forward to booking again in the future!

This property was very close to everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to eat — however for the price I think it needs to be updated a little more. It’s definitely got a rustic element to it that’s very nostalgic but ultimately it’s no frills. Very old, historic place and if you’re into that vibe — I say go for it. But we’d probably stay somewhere else next time. Our room was very dated.
