Nice hotel near the beach but very basic

Pros: Location near the airport
Cons: Air conditioner on the rooms, reception system
Location: Located near a touristic fisherman village and near the airport.
A nice location but quite expensive for the rooms conditions and hotel in general is no more than 2 stars.

Pros: Definitely the warm staff and the breakfast! 😀
Cons: Plant some nice flowers at the front of the hotel to add some curb appeal...
Location: Nice location very close to the airport. However, nothing to do within walking distance of the hotel,
Overall a nice facility right on the water and 2 miles from the Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, however the building is a bit dated. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was great, a 9/10. However, one big drawback. Be sure to take a suitcase of money with you to the hotel bar. $10 USD for a pina colada!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous....

Pros: The food was good and the staff was friendly.
Cons: A main renovation
Location: Next to the sea. Sea front. Airport at about 11 km. Nothing to do around.
No chairs on the balcony, only 1 chair in the bedroom for 2 persons. No (laying) chairs the beach at all. Could only lock the room from the inside, The key didn't work from the outside. Outdated, badly maintained, no comfort like expected from the site The "pool" was a separated part from the sea with dark water and had an open connection.

We barely got our room cleaned. Cold chlorine smelling water for showers, so many ants. Food sucked even the American food breakfast wasn't bad and the chef was delightful. Lights went out twice 1st time for a second then the second time for 3 hours. The place just feels haunted great staff but horrible facility.

Pros: The breeze
Location: nothing is near by except the airport
This is not a three star hotel by US standards. The room was clean but the bed was hard, sheets like sandpaper and the there was NO hot water. The only thing that was good was the wonderful breeze in the patio area.

Close to airport, but....

We stayed two nights at this hotels on our way in and out of Kingston airport. The hotel was convienent to the airport. Our room's shower did not work, we did not have outdoor/patio lights, and dogs barked outside our room all night. When we reported this, nothing happened at all. The beds are very hard, the "free wi-fi" is spotty at best, and there is no phone to call the front desk for help. We thought the food was good, especially for the price. The location on the marina was beautiful. I think this hotel is way over priced for what we got in return.

Though the hotel is a slightly older hotel, it had character and the staff- especially Tevin and the manager Mr. Brown- were great. They were so courteous and very accommodating to us on our film shoot and that will always be appreciated.

It was better Than I expected. I arrived 3hrs ahead of check -in time, and they were able to make my room available right away. The three young ladies were nice and very helpful.

Terrible hotel, way overpriced, consider it a 2*

Location: Airport is a 12 minute drive away, but still not worth staying for the proximity.
Dirty antiquated room, broken shower rail that fell on us twice, fungus on the ceiling, bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned when we went in, toilet seat was dirty, sockets were precariously attached to the wall and were dangerously close to falling out, there were hardly any toiletries provided (only shampoo) and nowhere to put the toiletries in the shower so had to be placed on the floor, remote control for AC not working, no hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom and to top it off, the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable! The hotel title says 'spa' but there was no spa. If you're expecting a beach, there is none. There is a marina for boats but the water is pretty dirty. We spoke to a Mr Mcleod who is apparently part of the management team. We were told we would be given a partial refund - he never followed through with this. Extremely disappointing hotel and not worth the money/not worth it for being close to the airport. Better off staying in town.
