Overall, I was disappointed with this property, especially it’s management. The property seemed scantly staffed, but the people were nice enough.
My criticism is strictly with how the place is run.
I don’t want to waste too much of my time, but I do feel like it’s my duty to warn other Expedia members. I’ll get right to the point and list what didn’t work over the entirety of my 2 night stay…..
No WiFi/internet, hot tub broken, ice maker down. Yeah, not great when you’re trying to work remotely and there’s no internet from Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
Other less significant, but still frustrating in room issues included weak air conditioning, larger coffee pot, but only individual coffee packets so I could only make coffee flavored water, shower water pressure horribly weak, soap was so cheap, price list in every room lists cost of extra towels, one tv remote broken, fridge made noise all night, desk chair doesn’t fit under desk so just sits in the middle of the room, etc.
it was just one thing after another that just made me not want to give them my business again.
Everything was clean and the people were nice so all of my criticism is on management. As a final example, they even went cheapo on the coffee lids at breakfast. They just weren’t meant for those cups, so of course I spilled coffee all over myself.
