Hotel-Motel Drummond

8/10 Good

Best Western Hotel Universel Drummondville

8/10 Good

"The room was clean. No microwave in the room which was inconvenient. Using a microwave located on the main floor was not the greatest. I was wanting to warm up a bean bag for my husband’s shoulder and the unit was not very clean. The bathroom amenities suggestion: Replace the little bars of soap and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion with refillable options. Would be more economical as well. Had to ask for additional bars of soap. First time we stay at the Best Western …. Paid more and got less compared to other hotels during our vacation. I know it was a weekend and Thanksgiving but disappointing nevertheless."
