The room is too small, and there is only one plug in a room. I recommend to add on usb plugs for charging electronic device.

Expensive for what you get. The Hotel felt very cheap but the price wasn't. Cups were not clean after being used. Each day the cleaners forgot something. Only one towel left for two people. I'd ask for towels, get two & the next day they'd leave me with one! We'd have to ask again. Same with toilet roll. No completely shower caps etc... Felt like a dormitory! Breakfast was very poor. Toasters didn't work. Breakfast ended two hours earlier than previously stated. Would not recommend this Hotel.

Pros: Clean/bright well equipped for a basic facility.
Cons: See above jarring note.Advise customers of use of private company and discuss rates before letting guests book.Informed Choice is appropriate phrase.
Location: London -what more can you say.Transport to anywhere.
Check-in was quick/room ready,it was clean and equipped as stated.Staff friendly and helpful.We had booked breakfast and were well satisfied with dishes on offer.A very useful overnight stay on our continuing journey to France via Eurostar.The only jarring note was I asked for a taxi from a member of hotel staff- who did so-but found out that it cost £15 for a journey from Euston to St Pancras- a private company.A black cab would have been much cheaper and I am surprised that this was not explained to us by the otherwise helpful member of staff.We would be very careful if we used this hotel again.

Nice hotel.

We were in London for daughters graduation in Russel Square. This Ibis Hotel was centrally placed for this event. The hotel was very clean & the staff very friendly. The hotel had an excellent left luggage storeroom which we benefited from. A good stay in London was had by all four of us.

Good location for St Pancreas.

Pros: Location. Staff helpful. Good lobby area.
Cons: More stylish rooms.
Location: Near us ton station and St Pancreas so good links to everything.
Room very clean with free coffee etc... Very clean and comfortable but a little on the small side and very plain. Check in and out very fast.

Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Definitely cleanliness.
Location: Less than 10mins walk to Euston station.
Hotel is well-located and near Euston station. The staff are friendly and willing to provide as much help as possible. But the cleanliness of the room is not up to standard despite my request to clean up the room. The carpet didn't seem to be well vacuumed (even though I see the cleaner has a vacuum). The bedsheets and pillow sheets are very dirty and dusty, and they are not changed even though I specifically requested to change them. If the cleanliness of the room can match to the staff's helpfulness, it'll be much better.
