We loved that it is next to Arbys and Dennys. Gas ataion across the street was conveniently located. The hotel is right off Interstate 40.

We had no toilet paper or kleenex and one towel. The TV had no sound and the picture was purple. The office staff provided us what was missing in our room. That said, all we did was spend one night and the cost was VERY reasonable so you get what you pay for!

I actually had someone coming to my room and steal a six pack of Coke off my bed and some zigzag rolling papers I left my room for half a day and came back and the stuff was missing right after I went grocery shopping so I had something to drink and someone took my stuff and I asked the front desk and nobody knows anything made me feel unsafe

It's an affordable place to stay the staff is nice it's convenient because there's restaurants close that's very close to walk like within feet from the motel it's an older motel but it's one of the better ones in Kingman

Kingman Arizona is an interstate town. When living in the road, you need accommodations that won’t break the bank. The Inn is located next to the road, it’s very dated. First, the staff are good. A lot of rooms, but most of the rooms do smell like 1980 smokers rooms. Rugs are faded and looks like it has never been cleaned, some lights work, in room refrigerator is dirty. The room I was in had none of them, but a bad experience. Bed bugs. Luckily it was the last time I stayed at that room. But I had to get another one since it’s the cheapest in town. And that room was a step better, but fridge didn’t work and lamp. Microwave was dirty. All I did was sleep and leave for work. There are other motels around, and like I said, those who don’t want to use a lot of money or just traveling by and need a bed. This is a stop for you. This will be the last time I will stay at this location. Bed bugs.
