However, you will need your own personal vehicle to explore the surrounding areas. Killeen is conveniently located in central Texas, with easy access to highways I14, I35, and Hwy 195, making it simple to travel to nearby tourist destinations like Austin, San Antonio, Waco, or Dallas. During your stay, you will have one designated parking spot in the driveway, as well as access to any available street parking. Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping services, so we ask that you help us maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the home during your stay. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, please observe the following rules. It is important to make sure you read and comply with these rules: \- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. If the septic system becomes clogged during your stay, a fee of $450 will be assessed for repairs. \- The garage will remain locked and is not part of the rented space. However, please note that from time to time, the garage door may be opened to allow the delivery person to deliver supplies for the property. \-Make sure to dispose of all trash in the trash cans provided (one in each room). \- To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, no outside/unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight at our property without prior approval from the host. If you would like to invite guests to visit, please message us with their identification and we will register them. A fee of $65 per guest will be charged for any unregistered guests who stay overnight. If unregistered guests are found to be staying overnight, it may result in a fee and/or termination of your reservation. \- Do not reset or reboot the router. My family of 4 had plenty of space. We were in town for a family members graduation. The house is centrally located to anything you need, groceries, restaurants etc. And anytime we needed to travel anywhere, the highway is right there. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. I will miss the bidets in the bathrooms lol. We even enjoyed some of the games offered in the property. And I loved that all rooms had their own tvs, a must for our family who all like different things. Overall a great property and a great experience.
