The toilet and bath tub en suite with the bedroom was locked. We had to trot to the other toilet in the middle of the night.The plumbing is very dated and the a/c is extremely noisy. The unit was dated, but comfortable. Both bathtubs need to be replaced. The floor of the tub in the bathroom in the bedroom has become detached from the tub itself and makes taking a shower difficult in terms of walking in the tub. The tub in the other bathroom doesn't drain very well and there is a big chunk missing from the porcelain. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. The other furniture was very comfortable. Wood paneled walls, old carpets, noisy A/C (I wore earplugs to sleep). The toilet in the master bath required you to hold down the handle extra long to flush properly. The development is beachfront and this specific condo is very convenient, just one minute away from the beach and a swimming pool/club house overlooking the beach. The beach itself is very swimmable with gentle waves, clean water and excellent snorkelling; it compares favorably with the best of Kaanapali. There's a walkway nearby connecting us with other condo developments, five-star hotels and their beaches. Our condo was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, reasonably stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor eating area. The property management company provides daily maid service, which we did not expect, and a convenient on-demand shuttle service (using Tesla Model Xs!) to connect you to other parts of Wailea. It was a beautiful stay and relaxing. It’s right next to the walkway to the ocean. The pool was warm and heated. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is in need of updating and cleanliness. The management was attentive to our needs when we found an ant infestation in the kitchen. They came late evening to take care of it. There was daily maid service that took out the garbage and changed out towels. The AC Is very noisy and hard to sleep at night. There was a musty smell to the apartment. The carpet was dirty and grubby. The bathroom toilet did not flush well and the bathtubs were very dirty.
