It has a lovely view from the Lanai. It is close to the walkway which runs for almost two miles along the ocean and is a delightful way to get some exercise. It is close to "The Shops" where there is free musical entertainment on most evenings. We were initially booked at the Marriott wailea beach club, but elected to stay at this condo instead and we were happy we did! Pros- -excellent location- 1- beach access directly below the property (some wailea hotels-including the Marriott- lack this); 2- wailea shops only a 3 min walk with great shops and market; 3- right above the wailea beach path for running/walking -beautiful and well-manicured grounds with lots of greenery and flowers -spacious- 3 of us stayed comfortably and did not feel cramped -thoughtful touches- I mentioned my dad’s birthday in passing on the phone and they brought buy a little gift and balloon for him Cons- -no smart tv or Bluetooth speaker system- So we had to do the phone in bowl trick -only 2 beach chairs were provided even though 3 of us were staying and we paid the additional charge for the 3rd person. -No umbrella is provided- it needs to be rented for a small fee but the process is easy- they drop off and pick up -3 beach towels were provided but they were small and quite tattered.
