The kitchen is well stocked, there's beach toys in the cabinet, and the dual AC is great. While I appreciate the great value, I do think the standard of care need to be increased. I'm not the pickiest with how clean a space needs to be, but the rental was definitely not cleaned appropriately before our arrival. There was dirt, leaves, and dead bugs all over the floor throughout, and heavily accumulated behind the doors. The quilt and shams were noticeably dirty and hasn't been washed recently. The shower and adjacent cabinet had spiders, with lots of old dead bugs. The walls in the bedroom were dingy and grimy. The turnover clean needs to be improved and the full place needs a deep clean + repaint. We had to vacuum the entire place upon arrival and change the blanket on the bed. This is poor service, even for the low price, especially with the additional cleaning fee charged. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with a family, this could be a good fit. Especially if newer reviews show the cleaning has improved. But I have to warn for those with allergies: my sinuses acted up every time we came back to the apartment. Not sure if from mold, dust, bugs, or what. I was congested every night, which disappeared when we went outside. So someone with sensitive allergies should not stay here. ##### Kiryn H.
