Mostly a pleasing experience BUT they were renovating the main elevator and there was dust and noise and disruption to the guests, even over weekends. They were apologetic about it but still, should hotels not warn guests about these things in advance at the time you make your booking?
This hotel is located in Kifisia, an upscale suburb of Athens. The staff was very attentive & courteous. The hotel looks nice & mostly clean, except some areas of the room's carpet. the shower, as many in Europe, is a bit small & awkward, but servicible. Overall it was good value for the money and having a complimentary breakfast helped.
This hotel is difficult to describe becuz its advantage is the overall ambience it succeeded in creating. The living quarters have all been meticulously designed. Even the guests kind of integrate within the design. State of the art technology is used in rooms like B&O phones, tilting LG tvs and control panels for lights, shades and even glass panels on the balcony. Room service is great (I tried club, rissotto, and grilled cheese). The spa is on the small side but therapists are truly comparable to the best spas I visited. The hotel has a scandavian feel to it. The hotel has a front and back view, a lot of lush and green especially the mountain view. The hotel reception was extremely helpful in arranging DHL shipments and providing guidance. The rooms are clean, modern, classy and quite liberal in size.Balcony is also large and very comfy and clean.
I emailed the front office manager with a couple concerns. Her response was very professional although she didn't accommodate my request for an upgrade.
Despite a couple mishaps (one was partly my mistake), I will definitely stay again in this hotel in the future. Hotels of this quality are usually double if not triple their rates.

Great hotel, absolutely beautiful and cozy. The suites are big and very well designed. The bathroom was amazing too. Great bed and view. The staff was friendly and helpful. And all that at a good price. Definitely would stay there again.
And, even though I'm not exactly sure, I think that they upgraded as for free to a fantastic suite. Huge plus.
Located in Athens richest city - Keffisia. Just like the town the hotel it self is very luxurious. Single rooms are with Queen size bed, sectional sofas and a balcony. A bit on a busy street, but considering the fact, it is located in the haeart of Keffisia, it is not that bad.
Located in downtown Keffisia it is only a minute walk to bars and restaurants. The hotel actually have 2 buildings and make sure when you call to confirm your reservation you have the correct address. Parking at this building was for free and with an elevator.
Breakfast if not included is just like in every other hotel - 20 Euros per person. If you do not get the breakfast package, you can still get a decent breakfast around.
If you are without a car, the hotel is far from downtown Athens. Driving distance is about 40mins.
Lying on the lower slopes of Mount Pendeli, 11 kilometres north of the centre, this smart, green suburb enjoys fresh breezes, making it several degrees cooler than Athens proper. Its leafy avenues are lined with villas set in gardens, expensive modern apartment blocks, chic boutiques, fashionable bars, high-end restaurants and several upmarket hotels.
