Nice stay
Our stay at the executive club floor was really nice and staff there is incredible as the room and the lounge itself. However, the main entrance staff are not really helpful and prefer to chat togather than to assist you.

Nice hotel close to city center. Staff was excellent. Clean and nice enough rooms. Downstairs restaurant was solid and Executive Club (if you have access) has great views of the city

I was only there for a night, but it was great. About as good as it gets in Kiev. Had a wonderful breakfast there as well. All of the buttons in the room to turn on the lights, etc were fun to play with.

This was a really bad stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very unpleasant and everyone is trained to simply rip off the foreigners. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Wow! No words. The staff was extremely nice and helpful ! The service was beyond expectations... the rooms beautiful and the spa ! Didn’t want to leave.

Very loud music in the lobby. They had something like a nightclub going in the bar. I was on the 6th floor and the “bump, bump, bump” of the base was going until 1:30 AM and I asked to get moved to another room — which they did with no problems.

I booked exclusive airport transfer. On arrival my driver was not visible and only after I made phone call to hotel that he was not there or visible, he appeared. Not acceptable standard for what I’ve paid for. His estimate on arrival was out by 30 mins. We arrived earlier and I could have booked another meeting if I knew. Check-in too too long. This is the second time this happens. Please check you procedures and process.

Checking in checking out was very poor indeed. Took too long and they made mistakes. I pre paid by room and on check out was asked to pay again. Not acceptable for Hilton. Staff at concierge were talking amounts each other and there were often 3-4 people at the counter. But clients waiting. On approach I got the feel the each was hoping the other to help me. The organization and handling of my bags were great. Staff in dining and breakfast was great except one or two that needs to step up.

One of the better class hotels in Kiev. Modern but still inexperienced in luxury market. trying too hard and not always succeeding. Also very expensive for the city. Staff were great - helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel, just a few flaws
Too expensive for the quality. Bed was stiff, and the room didn’t have nice views. TV had no English movie channels, mostly news programs. The breakfast was the only great thing here.

Hilton is a haven!
My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We wanted a relaxing and refreshing getaway from normal life. We got it at the Kyiv Hilton! Staff cheerfully helped us with our luggage on arrival and delivered us to a modern, well-equipped, comfortable, accessible room. Breakfast each morning was delicious (as usual), and room service meals were of the highest quality and served with a romantic rose. Everyone we met treated us as honored guests. When we checked out, Yurie made us feel welcome to return anytime. That “home away from home” feeling is hard to find these days. Thanks, Hilton!
