Their customer service representatives lied to me, when I asked for help. They did nothing to help me. I later found out about that. Please, train your customer service reps. They are rude and irrespective! They can charge you for upgrades out of blue, how much they want and pleased to charge you, depending on their mood. There was no attendant to keep an order and cleanness, despite that, the cleaning lady was doing her job perfectly.

This is Not a hotel! It is an apparent broken into several rooms. Extremely hard to find. But once you do, there are no guarantees you will get in easily. Jacuzzi and sauna in the basement didn’t work for ages thus smell of mold. : BE AWARE: they will request an additional deposit and find the reason not to return it. Central staff will make you tons of promises over the phone and will not follow through.

This hotel is a nightmare to find.. it took us 45 minutes to find this place in the dark. The building itself is easy to locate as it is next door to Kiev Zoo. However, when you arrive you realise that there are 100s of front doors, with no signs or info. When you check in, you realise why. This is not a hotel, this is an apartment that has been split into 5 rooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen. You sign a temporary tenancy agreement, known in the UK as 'on licence'. You pay upfront when you arrive and you need to leave an additional 300uah deposit in cash - no credit or debit cards accepted here. I've seen previous reviews saying the staff here were rude - I honestly think this is down to the language barrier, and not the staff being rude. No english is spoken here at all, which made conversations with the staff very interesting. The staff did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The room itself - perfect! We had a large double room in the basement, which I think is the best room out of the 5 on offer. Good WIFI is available here as well. The hot tub in the bathroom was off limits as was the steam room, but everything else was available to use. There are takeaways very near - within 3 minute walk. A 10 minute walk gets you to a large shopping centre, which has a very good supermarket inside. Uber, Uber Eats and Deliveroo are all available here. Uber taxis were very very cheap, use Uber instead of the Kiev taxis and you'll save a lot of money.
