"This was our first time staying here. We had a chalet at the back of the property which was quiet and had a beautiful view of the water. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great. We will definitely be back."

"Everything was great at this centrally located inn for travel around Cape Breton. We received a tip on check-in from the desk clerk about a 'kitchen party' musical performance just down the street our first evening, and for $20 each it turned out to be a masterful performance from a fiddler-keyboard duo who treated us to two hours of Cape Breton music (plus we were served tea and oatcakes). That tip alone was worth booking at Auberge Gisele! Other than that the rooms, on-site restaurant, and outdoor seating and lounging areas were just great - no complaints. Staff were helpful and courteous. Would book again in an instant - we stayed for four nights and completely worth it!"
