Oceanwoods is a popular West Beach neighborhood just off Eugenia Ave, the iconic moss draped, oceanfront street on Kiawah Island. This private 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush maritime forest, overlooking a tranquil lagoon with beach access just a short 3 minute walk away.   
  
 This Kiawah Island beach cottage has been newly renovated and includes high end furnishings, a spacious screened porch, an expansive deck with a BBQ grill for cookouts! Guests can take the walking path right by the cottage to the nearest beach boardwalk with an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach day!  
  
 The open floor plan offers plenty of space for the entire family. The living room is spacious, comfortable and clean, featuring a leather sofa, 2 chairs and flat screen TV. To the right is a fully equipped, updated kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen opens to a dining area for 6, with all the comforts for your dining needs. To the right of the dining room is a large, screened porch with ceiling fan and extra space for you and your guests. (The perfect spot for cocktails and game night!)  
  
 478 Oceanwoods Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 ensuite bedrooms. Towards the back of this lovely home you will find the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with large vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and Bedroom 3 has two XL twin beds, a flat screen tv and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
 From the screened porch, step out onto the outdoor deck with cable railing and enjoy the peaceful lagoon view. The outdoor deck is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. Please don't forget to enjoy the gas grill later in the day and outdoor dining for 6\. Just a short 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach, this cottage is ideal, well cared for and set up for the perfect family vacation.   
  
 Oceanwoods Cottages Kiawah are located just off Eugenia Avenue, an iconic oceanfront street on Kiawah Island between West Beach and East Beach Village, the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. You’re conveniently located to enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.   
  
 You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities, attractions and easy grocery shopping at the Town Center Market. We loved being so close to the beach and bike trails. The house is very comfortable and clean. The screened porch was great. We loved watching for gators from the master bedroom window.
