26 Airy Hall is an absolutely breathtaking new build right in the middle of Kiawah Island! This location is perfect, close to all the activities but tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac for a relaxing vacation. With six bedrooms, six and a half baths, this property is spacious enough for your extended family and friends to share and have plenty of room to spread out.   
  
This home has something for even the most discriminating of travelers. Stunning kitchen with chef quality appliances and tons of storage and prep space? Check! Custom architectural details throughout, yes! Sparkling pool for soaking after a long day at the beach or golf course, done! 5 incredible bedroom suites with king beds and ensuite baths, absolutely! The 6th bedroom is an adorable kids' retreat with three twin sized beds. Comfy media room with a huge sectional sofa for the gang to watch the game or a movie, of course!  
  
Come make this gorgeous spot your vacation headquarters for your next Kiawah Island stay!  
  
No smoking, no pets, and no events (no exceptions will be made). The garage is unavailable for guest use. Property only rents during summer, Saturday to Saturday rentals required.  
  
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course, location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center. No access available for resort pools or fitness center.  
If you have the time, make a short trip (30 miles) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots to explore.  
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. May not be available last minute. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online.
