The check in process was disorganised, slow and shambolic. Better trained reception staff are required. The room was clean but outdated and seriously needs a facelife sooner than later. The breakfast experience was a shocker. Limited choices that essentially catered to the Thai/Chinese guests and the simple things like brewed/perculated coffee (in leiu of instant coffee) and even milk (in lieu of powdered creamer) were lacking. The wifi also requires mention. It proved to be unreliable and constantly requiring log in. They gave me the worst room in the hotel, far from wi-fi modem and directly above the house band. Two single beds, instead of my booking request. I asked to change and was told the hotel was full, this was a lie. I pretended to walk off the street to the night receptionist, and was told rooms were available.
