The guy at the front desk was not friendly. Other staff were friendly. The restaurant was closed on tuesdays for dinner. Really? You have this amazing resort and you close the restaurant?? We arrived early and planned to use some amenities while waiting on our room to be ready. Went to the spa to inquire. The doors were locked and there was a number on the door to text, so I did and never heard back. Overall, not happy with our stay. I wouldn’t spend the money at this hotel. Stay in Carmel and visit this place for lunch if you want to see it. I wish I could attach a picture for you to see. the Parking overall was very difficult and problematic. The breakfast was fine, but parking was very limited. One evening, because no spots were available, I attempted to park in a narrow space on the far upper level covered parking spots. There were round concrete cylinders at the base of the wall that weren’t clearly visible, and my car couldn’t pass through without hitting them. This caused damage to the lower rear passenger side of my vehicle. I wish I could share a photo to show exactly what happened. Overall, the parking situation was difficult and frustrating."
