"It had great accommodations, but definitely eat offsite, the onsite restaurant was just ok, long wait at at the sparsely seated restaurant, fish tasted good but not as fresh as Black Cat and Spanky’s which was walkable and well worth the wait and leagues better quality food for the price. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, which looked clean and would have used if I felt like a swim or a soak. Tons of kids, but the indoor pool looked empty the whole time I was there, if you wanted to stay away from splashing and noisy kids. The location was nice, with everything within walking distance. My car did not leave the lot until we left. I am absolutely happy with the stay and would book here again."

"First off the Staff were some of the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel/motel. They actually could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean but the bathroom was a little old.. like a little rusty around the sink and shower handles. That being said I would absolutely stay there any time. The Continental breakfast was also one of the best I have ever seen. Tons of options for cold breakfast items and coffee. Coffee was actually alright. Most continental coffees is almost undrinkable this was not bad actually just a little on the weak side. For the price I would give this place 4.5 stars but the staff get 7 out of 5. They were great!"

"This was our second year at this property. We do enjoy the size of the house, the layout and location, but the upstairs was pretty warm. This year we travelled in August instead of September and it was considerably hotter. The upstairs, even with two fans that we brought with us, remained pretty warm. We set the ac at 68 and it was still not comfortable upstairs. Bring your own plastic wrap, plastic storage food bags, paper plates, sugar for coffee if you want them, otherwise the kitchen is fully stocked. We could have used more wash cloths and less hand towels, but we managed. We just did laundry earlier than planned. The hosts of this property are easy to get in touch with and I would recommend this vacation house."

"Impression given that there was more room than there actually was. Clean but dated. Probably needs a new bed. Cutlery was a bit mix and match. Air con and fans worked well. Bizarre bath with two showers working at once. Excellent location near the beach and communication with host was good. Very quiet and restful. We walked to Hyannis but takes 25/30 mins. No shops within walking distance but plenty within a few minutes in the car. All in all we had a nice stay without paying a lot in an expensive place."
