The rooms were really cute and beds were comfortable. Staff was super sweet and helpful. They texted me before we even got there to please let them know if we needed help with anything. The only complaint is not really with the staff but just that it felt like other guests without kids expected it to be more adult only. Most people kept to themselves an it was fine but the night before we left, it was 8pm and my kids, 3 & 7, were having fun and running down the hall to our 2nd room, might have been about 3mins. A guys comes busted out of his room yelling profanities at me but obviously it was about what my girls were doing and he cared less about what he was saying in front of them or that it was really scary to them. Dont mean to have one terrible person ruin things for me but just thought maybe I should right this for both people traveling with kids and without. If you want adults only and expect peace and quiet....in Key West, might not be the best choice. If you're with kids, be prepared for feeling a little unwanted, but that could probably apply to amy vacation spot unless it's specifically for kids. Overall we really liked it there. Foods great amd once Covid restrictions are lifted it can only get better.
