Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. Off the bat, iTrip Vacations, specifically Tina, was beyond kind and accommodating. She was always quick to respond and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything needed for a short or long term stay. The back porch was your own personal paradise. You could spend hours reading a book on the comfy couches or relaxing in the hot tub. The home was located in the perfect spot. A short bike ride away from multiple beaches, a few blocks from awesome restaurants/coffee shops/bars, and a great neighborhood to walk around and explore.
