Just 1 mile from the beach and 10 minutes from Duval Street's attractions, this two-bedroom condo complex features uniquely designed units. The Space: This condo has a spacious floor plan, master bedroom with in suite bath, private balcony with east-facing pool views and free off-street parking. Sleeping up to 6, this beach-themed condo featured a king bed, a queen bed and a fold out sofa in the living room. All of your cooking essentials are provided in the kitchen, along with ample countertop space and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. There is central AC at this unit as well as internet, TV, and cable. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival. One of the best surprises was that the unit had a few dishwasher packs, small bottle of dish washing liquid soap, sponge, load of laundry detergent, a few K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and lotion for your use in the condo. That is huge in my book because I didn't have to run over to the grocery store. Maybe I haven't stayed in a condo in a while but I really appreciated this!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including a Keurig and a 8 cup drip coffee maker. Our room overlooked the pool and was easily accessible from the elevator. We used Uber/Lyft to travel downtown and it ran $23-25 each way. If we ever travel to Key West again, I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the unit. The management team was easily reachable.
