What was terrible is that this was managed by Vacasa. Poor access to resolve issues. No response from messaging in VRBO as well as calling and also walking to the Vacasa office 2 blocks away. AC on the home is an issue, was a known issue, and required 6 visits during our stay to resolve. July in key west with non functioning AC is not comfortable. 3 days passed before a tech was sent to fix the AC. At that time he said he didn’t know why they won’t let them in to fix it. Instead they just keep putting bandaids on. Overall the house items inside and the location were great. Management is terrible and the AC issue dramatically impacted our stay. Made worse by any lack of effort to resolve or accommodate us. I would not rent from a Vacasa property again. I wish the home owner had managed their own property.
