It’s a quiet peaceful community in the Truman Annex yet just three blocks from Duval. This condo is perfect for a couple with one bedroom on bath. The balcony had a covered area with comfortable chairs where we had coffee, tea and breakfast every morning surrounded by tropical blooming trees and waving palm trees. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is unbeatable , access to the restaurants and shopping , groceries and beaches were all very handy. The two bikes that come with the condo came in very handy also! Nice clean pool area to relax or meet other travlers. I would highly recommend . ##### Charlotte L. My wife and I loved our stay at Susan’s condo. It has everything you need; clean sheets, clean towels, beach chairs, and the best part is the fantastic location! It is within walking distance to just about everything. We did drive down from Central Florida but only used our car once to get groceries. We had one tiny hiccup on check-in but it was quickly rectified with a call to Susan. She answered right away and resolved the problem for us. She is fantastic to work with! It’s conveniently located, near the pool- but not too close. Truman Annex location of the Shipyard condos is the perfect place to stay to be close to every thing in Key West. You are located in a gated community with one parking space( but you don’t need a car). Susan is a great host- tells you everything you need to know and more. Condo is well equipped. ##### Sue P.
