The checkin/check out process was super easy and wonderful. Hard to find a rental home that doesn’t give you a chore list!! We stayed for the week of our elopement with our best man / reverend and our pups. The location was perfect being right off duval. There was plenty of parking, however we did have an encounter with a rude neighbor… so, make sure to park in the driveway & within the yellow lines. We were pre-warned about the construction in the backyard, but it didn’t bother us as the crew was only there during work week hours when we were out and about the crew was also very kind! We’d love to book again in the future when the pool is finished & backyard is complete! The house had so many beautiful ornate details & charm, you really feel like you’re in a fancy hotel with the privacy of a private home. The couch was surprisingly comfortable, and the beds were cozy too!! The laundry room & 1/2 bath was an amazing bonus. The property manager was extremely kind & accomodating! The dining table & large island made wedding prep so easy!
