"This property has all the amenities of home with an amazing view, private beach and beautiful pool. The full size kitchen that was stocked with all the pots and pans was perfect for making meals for my family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious; plenty of towels and great water pressure. The sandy beach was beautiful and we found many sea creatures to entertain us. Property owner, Michael, was fantastic and informed us of all things "Keys" to do with the kids. Steps from the condo was Sunset Park, where the whole neighborhood gathers to watch the sunset together... singing the Marathon Song aloud! 🎶 We loved it and will definitely return!"

"Our stay on the aqua lodge was an amazing spring break for our family of 4! It was surprisingly spacious and very clean! Dani the property manager was beyond friendly and helpful along with the rest of the marina staff. The views were incredible and access to the Cabana Club was a major bonus! "Nice condo and owners excellent to communicate with. The master suite king bed was very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is amazing!! Everyone was friendly & we had an amazing week. I suggest dinner at the Key Colony Inn it was absolutely delicious!! I wish I had eaten there more than once. Sunset Park is within walking distance and the sunsets AMAZING! Thank you!"

"This is our sixth stay at Key Colony and we always enjoy our stay! Access to the Cabana Club is great, be sure to get there early! We recommend the Key Colony in for a casual dinner, their Italian food is delicious and prices are the best around. We were only a party of two but this unit could easily accommodate 4+ if you include the pullout sofa. Fish cleaning station, freezer, beach chairs (we left an umbrella!), seats on the canal, manatee visits... Great rental away from the hustle and bustle of Marathon!"

"Lovely house in the best possible Key Colony Beach location for dogs. There is a dog park across the street and great areas to take long walks. The house is very comfortable and the outside access from 2 of the 3 bedrooms is a real plus. The back yard is spacious and we enjoyed walking on the bulkhead 'boardwalk'. Fishing from the finger dock was fun! We have already booked this house for next year."
