Stephanie on reception is very rude and dismissive. Refused to help with my noise problems - room was so noisy, bin men kept waking me up at 545am. Basically told me to get over it and there’s nothing she can do (even though there were other rooms we could have moved to or could have offered compensation in many different forms). I even asked 4 times for a quiet room and kept being given noisy rooms. Bathrooms are also not cleaned - pink bacteria on shower head and rest of shower is either covered in black mould or rust. Shower floor is also really unsteady - feels like you’re going to fall straight through the floor. Rooms only give you 2 towels and have to ask multiple times for fresh towels to be delivered.

Perfect break.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Free parking. All the staff were very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We slept very well. Very comfy bed. Great blackout curtains.

Good Hotel
Nice stay in the centre of Peterborough. Food was great, service equally so. Shower in my room wasn't working properly, but I assume that was a one off. Otherwise, a good hotel

Great Modern Amenities
Great hotel with a winderful breakfast amd bar. They have elevators, which is uncommon in the UK. And climate control in the rooms. Although it has on site parking, thete is not enough to accommodate the whole hotel, so if you get back late, there may not be parking available which is a major inconvenience. But the staff was super kind and responsive.

Great comfortable beds!
The bed was very comfy! The caulking and grout lines in the bath could be cleaned and/or refreshed. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Good for a one nighter.
Nice place but if your in the front there is quite some noise from the adjacent road. Apparently after asking I was told that the rooms are not serviced every day even though I was stopping a few nights. This means full bins, no milk or coffee and no clean towels. You can order from reception but even when they bring towels ect bins were not emptied.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past as it's a great location for Peterborough city centre and the annual beer festival. Unfortunately the most recent stay (Aug '23) wasn't as good as previous visits. I checked in online as instructed by the email I got a few days before our stay, but this seemed to make no difference to the check-in process on arrival as I still had to enter my car registration and sign the paperwork, despite doing that during the online check-in. The room my wife and I were in (111) smelt like stale smoke, and the AC unit was temperamental. It was a warm day so we tried to turn the AC on but it wasn't sparking to life, so I spoke to reception who said Maintenance would come and have a look. An hour later we'd heard nothing, so I frustratedly had another go and found that if I buried my finger as hard as I could on the button it then finally turned on. Breakfast was good with plenty on offer and it was really tasty, so we finished on a high thankfully. With a number of new hotels very close by, I think the Park Inn may well find some of their business going elsewhere in the future though.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel.
Very impressed with the room apart from the shower sealants needed renewing, mouldy sealant never looks clean. Room, bed, linen and general cleanliness was good. The breakfast was well presented, with a varied selection of the usual breakfast foods and well cooked. A noticeably high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
