Accommodating 12 guests in exquisite comfort, this 8,000-square-foot home boasts multiple living and outdoor spaces, 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. Large groups will delight in watching movies in the media room. This property has a doorbell camera.

Savor a chilled bottle of wine on the pergola-covered patio, featuring a private hot tub and pool nestled between the Main House and Pool House, steps away from a cozy firepit, and a volleyball court.

The upper level of the Main House provides endless comfort and prime views in 4 beautiful bedrooms, including 1 primary bedroom with a cozy fireplace and deep soaking tub, accompanied by 3 equally inviting guest bedrooms catering to various preferences and needs.

A 2-bedroom apartment, accessible via the garage or private entrance, offers an elegant solution for multifamily trips—boasting 1 queen and 2 twin beds—and a lounge, dining, and kitchen space.

The lavish 2-bathroom Pool House with a kitchenette. Embrace the competitive spirit with a game of pool or ping pong, sink into the sectional for family movie nights with surround sound, and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. A sauna adds to the comfort of this level.



*Noise at this property should be kept to a minimum between 6 PM and 10 AM per the HOA regulations.

*There is one homes adjacent to Sheep Meadows Home under construction until Fall of 2026. There may be loud noise, dust, and negative impacts to outdoor space during this time. The impacts may be experienced inside and outside the home.

*We STRONGLY recommend 4WD/AWD and SNOW TIRES for any personal/rental vehicles used in the area.
