Carpet needs to go, install laminate planks it will change the entire feel (and smell).The first 18 hours were very noisy all hours due to upstairs unit having work done, we were going to call then they wrapped up and left. The one caveat is that the hot tub is so far away as to be effectively inaccessible, the changing room there was inadequate, the steps to the tub were icy and I slipped and fell, and the water was only likewarm. ##### Larry G.
