Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 terraces, south-west facing position and north facing position. Schönes Haus mit großem Garten in Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in zweiter Reihe, in ruhiger Lage direkt an der Düne. Der Strand ist so nah, das wir und mit der erste Tasse Kaffee am Morgen dort getrunken haben. Leider gab es zu unserer Zeit dort größere Algenablagerungen, die jedoch fast täglich abgeholt wurden. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist ziemlich neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Dusche könnte eine Renovierung vertagen, da das Wasser herausläuft.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Neiz Vran

Das Ferienhaus bedindet sich in der zweiten Reihe und hat vom Dachgeschoss Meerblick. Der Garten ist komplett umschlossen und wird nur mit Vögeln, Kaninchen und in der Dämmerung mit Fledermäusen geteilt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, die Betten im oberen Geschoss sind etwas zu klein. Die Einrichtung im Erdgeschoss ist relativ neu, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Kontakt hatten wir zur Mutter des Vermieters, die sehr hilfsbereit und nett ist, aber nur Französisch spricht.

Lage top, Haus ok

Badezimmer/Toilette hatte einen Geruch, der auch durch permanentes Lüften schwer wegzubekommen war. Betten eher hart als weich. Haus ansonsten gut (Küche wirklich neu und gut eingerichtet), viele Dinge aber nicht mehr voll funktionstüchtig (Sonnenschirm klein und halb kaputt, DVD-Player-Kabel kaputt, eine Tür schloss nicht mehr, Beleuchtung Kochfelder ging nicht, Waschmaschine und Grill älter und nicht mehr "frisch"). Grundstück groß und schön. Lage des Hauses wirklich top, 1min zum Strand.

Wunderschön

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal dort und es ist nach wie vor wunderschön. Die Nähe zum Meer ist fantastisch, die Einrichtung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings kein deutschsprachiges TV-Programm. Sehr nette Betreuung. Der Staubsauger dort könnte gerne erneuert werden! Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe hinter den Dünen. Die Einrichtung sehr Umfangreich. Die Küche ist sehr modern mit Induktionsherd und hochwertigen Eibauschränken ausgestattet. Alle beweglichen Teilesind komplett IKEA – also auch sehr praktisch und ausreichend.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und höflich und kümmern sich umgehend um kleine technische Ausfälle (Internet und Geschirrspüler). Beides wurde umgehend behoben. Die Vermieter sprechen nur Französisch.

Das Haus ist sehr gut und mode...

Das Haus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus und in der näherer Umgebung Strände mit feinem Sand. Großes und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auch hier aufzuhalten. Reisetipps: Sehenswert ist Meneham – ca. 6 km östlich von Neiz Vran. In Brignogan Plage Café du Port und das Restaurant La Corniche. Noch größere Auswahl an sehr guten Restaurants im ca. 40 min (36km) entfernten Roscoff.
