They were able to sort out any issue or answer any question. Rooms were spotless. So was the rest of the hotel, it was very nice to relax. There is only one proper restaurant. Food was okay/nice but limited. There was always an option that was nice though, usually the freshly grilled chicken or pork. Themed food nights certain days of the week were a nice change of pace. The hotel itself was mainly populated with families which was fine, but if you want to relax around a pool then the one at the top of the complex is the only one that was peaceful. The salt water pools were very nice and refreshing! The drink options and snack options were good throughout the day! The bar at the beach is paid and so are the sun loungers, about 35 euros for 2 sun loungers. There are areas of the beach you can lay some towels for free under umbrellas. Overall had a nice relaxing time even if a bit limited.
