Modern Hotel Style offering good comfort, service

Posted 21-Mar-2016
Pros: Easy access from motorway, free Wi-Fi and friendly service
Cons: Breakfast could be improved by offering more fresh fruit options.
Location: Just off the M20 and 5 minutes from Maidstone Town Centre.
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and never been disappointed with the experience. The rooms are modern and have all the necessary facilities particularly the Club Rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent and there are great options for meals and refreshments. I will certainly stay here again.

Weekend in Maidstone (2 nights)

Posted 08-Mar-2016
Pros: I liked the facilities, unfortunately did not get the time to use them and lost our money however, I did see it as I rushed out one morning.
Cons: Cleaner rooms Not situated outside of a generator Cleaner bath Cheaper breakfast and option to pay after you have eaten Decent food quality
Location: Near main town which was great and also not situated too far from the motorway, easy to get to town about £5-7. The Harvester up the road is AWFUL.
Ok stay, would have been excellent if the below pointers hadn't been an issue; Skirting Boards around the room were not clean Tall lamp did not work Bathroom was not clean (round the edge of the bath and toilet rim was not nice) We were in room 140, which was opposite a VERY, VERY loud generator! WAY over priced breakfast, had to pay upfront before we could see the breakfast on offer, the quality was extremely poor, the eggs were under cooked so badly and the bacon and sausages were so over cooked. It was £20 for me and my partner to have buffet breakfast and it was the worst breakfast I have ever had. If the above wasn't an issue, we would have had an exceptional stay.

Hotel room was fine, however the restaurant service and prices were appalling

somewhat satisfied

Great stay, just not great to have the smoking area outside the hotel entrance. The restaurant serves some items on the Bar menu for 50% more - and the restaurant does feel like a breakfast area which is the same place and has no special atmosphere to justify the hiked prices (in my opinion. Not sure why residents have to pay for the gym when it is one of the main attractions. Otherwise pleasant

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Posted 26-Dec-2015 on Hotels
Comfortable stay. Nice clean room, amenities in hotel like gym and coffee shop. Pleasant friendly staff, breakfast was good quality. Only down points were TV limited on channel selection (ie no BBC2 or other free view channels) and tap water for shower/bath was lukewarm. Overall stay brilliant. Definitely good value for money.
