Decided to have a 2 night stay at Imperial Hythe Hotel to visit the Romney Hythe Dymchurch railway. The hotel and staff where all polite and smartly dressed at all times and professional in their jobs and attitude. If I have to stop in the area again, i will choose this hotel.

Nice hotel but a little dated. Spa very average. Didn’t get to have any treatments however as fully booked. Very large rooms and staff amazing. Just a little TLC needed on decor.
Bedroom large and comfortable. The bathroom was not ventilated properly.There was black mould on the ceiling and the ventilation grill above the bath was very dusty and covered with mould.There were not enough staff on tje bar areas. These points let dowm an othetwise excellent hotel.
