We stayed one Saturday night for a friend's wedding. Check in is not until 14:00 so we phoned ahead to ask if we could check in at 13:00 and were told we could. We paid in advance via Hotels.com. We arrived at 13:00 and were told we could not check in until 14:00 as the room was not ready and that we needed to leave a credit card imprint as the hotel had no record of our payment. This was all finally sorted by a member of staff who understood English and we were allowed to check in. There was a problem with the TV which we reported to Reception but no attempt was made to rectify it. When we returned from the wedding the car park was full and we had to park in a nearby street. I will not be returning to this hotel.
