Convenient for the port
Easily accessed from the A2 and a short distance from the port, on the outskirts of Dover. We were checked in quickly and cheerfully. The room was clean and tidy with normal hotel facilities. We were in room 220 and 221, facing the main road, but far enough away to have a peaceful night (this is the closest to the A2 other rooms being more remote). Didn't use the restaurant, but it looked popular and offered a good menu, although breakfast seemed expensive. Only minor minus, no power outlet by bedside. Advise: keep en-suite door closed as fire alarms are sensitive and will react to steam.
