Good hotel, excellent value and ideal location

Pros: A good all round experience
Cons: Internet kept dropping out BUT when I reported it they called the service provider and then it was fine. A reliable internet is expected in a hotel,
Location: Loads to see and do and roads are good,
Enjoyed the stay and food, Good location to explore Dover and the surrounding area.

Great Holiday hotel

Pros: The staff
Location: Walking the white cliffs of Dover, easy ferry access and Dover Castle
Staff were very helpful and pleasant even with all the stress of the holidays. Close to Canterbury for boxing day

Wheelchair accessible accommodation

The room was the first on the ground floor - nice touch. However, my shower chair/commode wouldn't fit over the toilet. Good price.

Perfect hotel, perfect stay!

Pros: The staff, the food, just everything.
Cons: Nothing to improve.
Location: Dover is a lovely town. One can visit the town and also visit the smaller cities nearby.
I can highly recommend the Ramada Hotel to any guest. From the time you walk in until the time you leave you are treated as a VIP. Nothing is too much for the staff. Everybody is so helpful and pleasant. My compliments to the management.

Lovely, clean hotel with efficient friendly staff

Rooms were booked for family members by local person for a Birthday celebration. The experience was most enjoyable for all members of the party. The food was extremely good, members of staff helpful and friendly. One of the guests who is diabetic and vegetarian was provided with food exactly as required.

Paper thin walls

Appears to have absolutely no sound insulation and paper thin walls. Slept extremely poorly due to be able to hear everything the noisy people next door were doing - I could clearly hear what they were saying.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price

Pros: Reception efficient and helpful. Ideally placed for Dover town centre and for overnight stop for the ferries. Plenty of parking spaces. Lovely room, well equipt. Good facilities if required.
Cons: No complaints.There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
Location: Excellent location, close to local amenities, town centre and the ferry terminal.
