Pros: Evening receptionist was lovely as was the young bar man
Cons: All the above
Location: Disappointed luckily only spent the night as it's surrounded by secondary schools
Breakfast was very disappointing served on stone cold plates, if you like your fried eggs barely cooked you'll love them. Rooms were dusty & bedline in my opinion needed airing And as for the bed the floor would've been more comfortable Main light didn't work.

there was nothing that worked in the room

Posted 20-Jan-2017
TV not working . desk lamp not working. radiator was boiling and would not cool down even when turning tap to cold. sink was 95% blocked so would fill up every time using. hand held shower did not work. wifi in bedroom did not work even though free wifi was to be included . All this in room 12. Told staff straight away about some of the things but they said no spare room which was hard to believe as the hotel was not teeming with people.

Location: The hotel is a bit tucked away in the college campus, and hard to find at night! But a lovely building when found.
Quiet, comfortable and clean, with a decent bed. Just what was required.

Business trip

Posted 18-Nov-2016
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and shower excellent
Cons: Mattress quality. TV Quality had issues wit my remote, so did my business friend in his room.
Location: Near Maidstone City centre and good for surrounding areas. We used the Buenos Aires Argentinan Steak House - very good
Used this as a base for a business trip to Maidstone. great value for money, I paid £52 per room inc breakfast.

Convienient for the west of Maidstone.

The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. No hairdryer or iron in the rooms. The hotel is set up primarily as a conference/training centre with a few rooms, it was quiet when I stayed but can imagine that it may get noisy with large parties of delegates. WiFi was good and a surprisingly wide variety of Pokémon (Go) spawn in the grounds. Location was convenient for the A20. It took about half hour to walk into town which has some nice historic spots and places to eat, but traffic is very busy.
