Plus points - big bed , clean, nice bathroom, staff provided good service & the location to get out to places is good (although not much by foot )
Bad- was very busy during breakfast period & it was chaotic food was running out & meant left with cold food , have to order veggie sausages & when you go to collect food half of it's missing or cold. I'm sure it works better when quiet but isn't great when busy (bank hols)
Major thing is they charge £20 for a dog , despite our dog being in a crate so unable to damage anything in the room ( she's 12 & travelled many places) never damaged or messed indoors. £60 for 3 nights is the most expensive I've ever paid. They don't provide anything for this i.e doggy towels , treats etc
It has some good points but I wouldn't stay here again for over £100 per night
