Accommodation, grounds and castle were all outstanding. Staff were attentive, and knowledgeable taking pride in Leeds Castle and sharing their knowledge with real enthusiasm.
Really enjoyed our first stay at the Falstaff, parking is a bonus. Room was really nice. Only a tiny minus, no fried eggs at breakfast. But will book again.
Lovely hotel set literally in the head of Canterbury beside the cathedral. Nice sized single room with a comfy bed and good coffee/tea facilities. Lovely continental breakfast included. Only down side is that it’s a shared bathroom hotel but there were 2 bathrooms on my floor so I never had to wait ...
This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at,staff so friendly and helpful it made it feel more like a family run hotel than a chain, two small gripes cant turn heating down and spare pillows past the usable life, own fault didn't complain but only a two night stay so not a problem
Most enjoyable stay car park next to hotel. Very friendly staff nothing to much trouble, jolly female manager ( it makes a difference). Deal is very quaint in place , and a good place to explore on foot. Lots of history in and around Deal with the defences against the Frances during the 18th century ...
