Beautiful hotel,

The hotel was in a goood location, very quiet, I would definitely stay here again, the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and so much variety. We only stayed one night, so will go back for a whole weekend next time try the restaurant and the spa.

No refrigerator

The staff was friendly but no microwave and refrigerator in rooms. The bathroom tub is too high. Not safe getting out. The whole bathroom needs an upgrade

For health and safety reasons, our hotels do not provide microwaves in the bedrooms. We are able to provide fridges upon request and I am sorry if this was not explained to you. Would certainly use again!

Pros: Location near to channel tunnel & cost.
Cons: Some rooms need to be updated as looking a bit tired!
Good hotel near to Channel Tunnel. Spacious bathroom, comfortable beds & excellent breakfast. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and would certainly use again as cost was also very good!

Pros: I liked everything about the hotel and staff.
Cons: Bar times could have been a bit longer
Location: The location was good and it was a few minutes away from the wedding venue we were attending
The staff were very inviting. We were checked in very smoothly and quickly. The breakfast was really good and you had choices as well as 2nd's. We were able to just sit and chill in the reception or bar area. They even had colouring activities for the children to do. A very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel and staff

Hotel.is fine a bit old but rooms big bathrooms as well huge,just we get room in the main road was bit noisy,we canit open window in night time,but swimming nice my son enjoy soo much,sauna good,steam room good to,lovely staff thanks Hilton Maidenstone

I like this hotel but bad service

There are no night gowns and slippers in the room and I have asked several times to bring them. I had waited for them over an hour to use them in the indoor pool but no one comes and no one received my calls as well.

I booked on line and didn't get the room that we had paid for on last minute.com , lts not fair and l feel they were not updated with rooms, you think you are doing something and it didn't materialise. Staff were lovely but l felt sorry for them trying to accommodate everyone that had this problem. I've stayed with you many times with my husband when he was alive , lve stayed in lots of places abroad with the Hilton group when l was a Hilton member ! I'm sorry but l felt a bit disappointed this time, that's the truth!
