Stay there for over a week and then decided to change my security deposit from 50 to 200 which is absolutely ridiculous so I wouldn't bother going there there's some shady stuff going on on top of people running in and out selling drugs and it's disgusting

There was no A/C except in the room and the elevator was broken and we had to carry luggage up the stairs. Felt very unsafe. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The floors were sticky. They didn’t clean prior to us arriving. The bed was clean, but bathroom and floor in the room were a mess.

The room was exceptionally clean when we arrived. So much so it was burning our eyes, nose and throats from the chemical smell. We had to open the unscreened window to get fresh air. Room was nice and what we expected. The bathroom was tiny and the tub was old, dingy and broken. And we were told that no where in the hotel can you take a bath even though they had tubs it was shower only due to plumbing and pipe issues. The pool was more like an oversized hot tub. But it was clean. We did not use it because it was small and only 3 foot 6 inches and round. It would have been hard to swim due to size. The doors from outside leading into hotel did not lock and were not secure. Anyone could just walk on in so it was not very safe. The continental breakfast was a joke!! Juice machine was broken and all they offered to drink was coffee. Not very kid friendly. They had only a few slices of bread, and a couple croissants with no butter or jelly. They had 3 frozen waffles in the fridge open and laying out on shelf. Not very sanitary. They did have cereal but milk was in open pitcher and only limited. The first day we were able to get packages hostess coffee cake and mini individually wrapped cupcakes but 2nd day they had none. Needless to say we did not get breakfast there either day. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy items or are handicapped hope you get a first floor room because we were told the elevator did not work. We had to carry all our stuff upstairs

Our reservation was screwed up, reserved a non smoking room but was told that I in fact reserved a smoking room, even after showing the confirmation email, still wouldn't change the room. The condition of the room was sub par, it smelled musty and moldy with holes in the walls, water damage. The pool was in poor condition, appears the ceiling was falling apart and was covered buy panels. I wouldn't stay there and will be warn others to do the same.

It’s not very clean. Would not recommend bringing children here. It smells very bad like smoke even the non smoking room that I booked. The pool is very nice, not too big but a good size for a quick dunk. The pictures look very kid friendly (pool) but I couldn’t even have guessed the last time this place has been updated for safety hazards in that area.

Not bad. Was a convenient stay
This place was pretty good. I slept well and continued on the road the following day. Room was clean and reasonably priced. Gas and food across the street. Downtown Kent just a short drive away.

HORRIBLE LIKE HORROR MOVIES. We walked into the lobby and there was a very filthy man with no shoes sitting my the front. The entire inside smelled like cigarettes and the entire exterior smelled like pee. One of the doors to one of the rooms was left open and it really did look like a horror film in there. The manager tried helping us and was responsive but I would just not recommend.

It was horrible a roach ran from under one of the beds to a hole in the border strip on the bottom of the wall. After further inspection of the border stip the was a clear and present nest/egg sack of some kind. Checked out in 3 hours. Did not enjoy. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The bedrooms were very clean and sizeable however the lounge area at check in was very off putting and is in need of a major upgrade. The outside needs a major upgrade as well. My family was not happy when pulling up to the hotel and were ready to go somewhere else. They did like the rooms once 1 person verified that their room was sufficient.

Things were not very clean but my son did enjoy the pool. The hours of the pool on site is not what they advertise and also there is not breakfast included as the descriptions states. I had this place booked for two days next week but have canceled. Would not recommend.

Iasked for a non-smoking room and got one that smelt like smoke. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, dirt smudges and dusty. Got woke up3 times during the night by people ion either side of me yelling and talking by my door. Didn't feel safe. Try to call the desk but got no answer. Mentioned all of the above when early checkout 1 day eartly and got told that it had nothing to do with the hotel
