Bit disappointed really as was valentines & our 15 wedding anniversary and we had nothing special done. Good wasn't great and staff couldn't cope at breakfast when busy!! Room smelt musty,

Thank you for your comments, this year we decided not to increase rates as most properties do just because it was Valentines and deliver a "package" to our guests. Instead we felt that by allowing guests to add items to there booking during the booking process they could celebrate as little or as much as they liked. I am sorry that this approach didn't suit your expectations. Apologies that you were effected by the breakfast rush that we experienced when all but two bedrooms choose to visit the restaurant for breakfast within the last fifteen to twenty minutes of the advertised service time. This was a situation that no amount of planning could prepare us for and the team did there very best to try to cope with this influx of ninety guests spread over three rooms. We will of course be reviewing the plans that we had in place to see what we could have done differently to cope with this situation.
