Bedroom large and comfortable. The bathroom was not ventilated properly. There was black mould on the ceiling and the ventilation grill above the bath was very dusty and covered with mould. There were not enough staff on tje bar areas. These points let dowm an othetwise excellent hotel.
Very good night there. Nice restaurant, good bed, and a grass yard with BlackBerries plants. A playground outside for Kids. Staff not very smily but helpfull.
pleasant hotel with everything we required after a long journey through france. The only fault i can add is that the room we were placed in was on the second floor in the lift, but first from the reception desk had to go down 5 steps, which was ok, then down some more steps once on the second floor ...
Hotel and 1940's experience weekend in Chatham was a gift from our daughter. The hotel was great location, staff welcoming, rooms clean, food great, breakfast fulfilling. We will be going back to stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel.
