"Ticks All The Boxes"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Julie and Neale were the perfect hosts with a very warm welcome and providing a wealth of information about the surrounding area. The room was clean, bright and comfortable with all amenities you might need being available - including a 'proper' pod style coffee machine. The included breakfast was fantastic - the fluffy egg is a real treat and provides a great conversation starter guessing how it's done. The icing on the cake is that the guesthouse is located well within walking distance of the town and beach. Thoroughly recommended.

We had such a pleasant stay here. Rosemarie was an excellent hostess, ready and willing to chat about the locality and give tips on where to eat, what to visit etc. the house and our rooms were immaculate, even dressing gowns provided. Very comfy beds, beautifully cooked breakfasts and friendly good humour all round. Useful pub a short walk down the road for good quality bar suppers. Only down was slightly sneezy making pots pourris everywhere. It was an excellent centre for a first visit to East Sussex and Kent, far more to see within a short drive than we could possibly fit into our four night stay.

"Relaxing, friendly, a real treat."
What a wonderful place to stay! Claire and Nick were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble; a cup of tea and cake, advice on travel arrangements, info on the surrounding villages and walks. Breakfast was outstanding - all made by Claire. Room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, with fab views. Thanks for a great stay!

"Homely and welcoming B&B in Broadstairs"
From our first welcome, when the owner came bounding out to meet us, we knew that we were in for an excellent stay. We weren't disappointed. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast the largest and most luxurious I have ever had in a hotel or B&B anywhere, the owner couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, including providing our choice of newspaper and use of his beach hut, all free of charge. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

"Good location, lovely staff, in need of some TLC"
We had a lovely stay at Westbrook Lodge Guest House. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are a big reason for the popularity of the guest house. The guest house could do with some upgrading and improvement, which we were told will be commencing soon. I think this is a great guest house in a superb location. The breakfast was great, big portions and very filling. Overall a very nice stay.

Pocket Guide: Bed and Breakfast Hotels in Kent

Kent has a beautiful and extremely varied landscape of green fields, fruit-laden orchards and vineyards, as well as a 350-mile coastline offering endless opportunities for outdoor fun. Visitors coming to Kent to enjoy its cultural and natural treasures will find a fabulous choice of B&B accommodation in the towns, cities and villages of this beautiful county, as well as numerous hotel and guesthouse options. These all offer the perfect base for a holiday in one of the country's premier leisure destinations.

Comfort and Style with B&Bs in Kent

B&Bs in Kent allow you the informality, flexibility and all the comforts of home you need from a Kent hotel base. Unlike the bigger hotels, you have far more flexibility when it comes to location, and even in the smallest rural village in the heart of the Kent countryside you'll find a family-run B&B of some sort. After a quick breakfast in pleasant surroundings, usually consisting of fresh home-cooked fare, you can get out and about to explore whatever takes your fancy amongst Kent's astonishingly rich and diverse offerings. There are many great restaurants and other eateries of all kinds in a county famous for its fresh, seasonal produce and excellent climate, so you'll not find any difficulty getting hold of lunch and an evening meal. Book a B&B in a major urban centre like Dover or Folkstone and you'll have a fabulous choice of international cuisine options right on your doorstep.

Enjoy a Relaxing Break at a Kent B&B

In Kent, whether your B&B is located next to the Romney Marsh or in the centre of a city like Dover, or in a coastal favourite such as Margate, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. There will typically, for instance, be a common room where you can watch TV or enjoy light refreshments, and WiFi connectivity is also usually readily available nowadays. Very often you'll be made to feel not just like a guest but like a part of the family, and this will make your stay in beautiful Kent that much more enjoyable.
