We have stayed here 3 times. The first two, 5 yrs ago were great! But now IHG owns the hotel and the change is drastic. As soon as we walked in it was clear the staff weren’t engaged, didn’t care, there is no culture of hospitality. The Crowne Plaza feels like a transit station. And that vibe permeates all touch points. I won’t stay here again.
Also, the carpet in our room had pulled from the tiles in the entryway which exposed nails to our unshoed feet. We covered the nails w a towel.
