Comfortable and easily accessible with parking at the door. Quiet and with a Chinese restaurant on a breezy terrace with beautiful views of the river, good food as well. Decent beds.

Good place to stay for a night to break up a long trip. Room is basic but comfortable. The rooms offer great views of the river. The the restaurant offers a great Chinese menu and the food was delicious with the added bonus of the river views.

Well. It served a purpose to break up a road trip however pretty ordinary set up. We had the family room… it’s old and dated. Bathroom light flickered constantly like a horror film so we couldn’t use at all and the bugs coming out from under the beds and other places were quickly eliminated by the complimentary bottle of Mortein. My daughter was awake all night wondering where the next creepy crawly would emerge from. Look - the sheets and beds were at least clean and the TV worked so we got through. Don’t expect too much!!

A very pleasant and affordable place to stay in Kempsey. Nicely positioned off the main road so no real traffic noise and beautiful views over the river out the back of the unit.

Set back from the main street so it's quiet. Check in, quick and easy. Restaurant on site, food is good. Breakfast available and was excellent and at the time requested. Parking is easy and your car is outside of your room.

Stayed here for a family gathering, clean room larger then expected, lovely view over the river at rear of hotel. We have stayed at other places in Kempsey and we will definitely stay here again.

A Good Place to Stay
Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. The fridge was tiny... when you are working you like to have space in a fridge but this one was more like a small wine fridge. Still a nice place to spend a few days.

I like the fact that it has an authentic Chinese restaurant on site no need to drive into town for a meal . It is starting to show its age but still clean and comfortable. Water pressure needs to be sorted out shower was hard to get right

A bit overpriced for what it offers and what it doesn’t offer. No cutlery or crockery in the unit. I suspect they want you to buy meals from them. Plus NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. I have NEVER come across this before in a lot of travels. Will look for an alternative when next through there.

Disappointingly, one of the vertical blinds had fallen off, leaving to go through the window. I advised reception and requested a solution. On returning to my room later that evening, nothing has changed. Also, no key box for nearly departure… So both on arrival and departure. I had to look at the hotel number and phone reception for service.

the stay was fine, nice spacious room with all amenities. We found the breakfast less good, the coffee was so strong that it was undrinkable. The poached eggs and bacon cold and the bacon not cooked properly
